in one hand I have the thoughts of an average consumer who after google'ing Z1 motorsports in the effort to research their products/services and is specifically looking for info in the form of forum posts i understand why Z1 would want to delete old posts (which may or may not have been resolved by Z1 and the customer still stating poor service without going back and changing the orginial post). Also I understand the situation that TT.net finds itself in, in that Z1 being regarded as a forefront of Z parts and services going behind the backs of the admins and deleting their old negative posts. Yes, it was wrong, Yes there should be a public apology, Yes Z1 will most likely recieve negative business due to this issue. Its a shame though, with Z nationals around the corner.. I wonder if this will change the amount of people that show up? I know Ill be looking out for a public apology to the Z community in the near future...
